What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to make it right. Please contact us at info@peakpins.com and we’ll work out a solution that may include a replacement pin or a full refund.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. We will be looking to expand globally soon!
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
Shipping rates and times are calculated based on your location and will show up when you checkout.
Where can I track my order?
If you choose a shipping option that includes tracking, you can track your package through Canada Post. Your tracking number is in your shipping notice email.
Can I make changes to my order once i've placed it?
Once an order has been shipped, you can no longer make changes to it. If it has not been shipped yet, please contact us at info@peakpins.com for changes and we will accommodate the best we can.
Do you accommodate wholesale purchases?

Do you have gift cards?
We do not support gift cards at this time.

Where are you located?
We are located in Edmonton, Alberta.
What is the pin made out of?
The base is made out of iron, the coloured parts are enamel filling, and the metal surface is nickel plated.
Do I have to complete the hike to buy the pin?
If you want to buy the pin because you like it, go ahead! The pins are designed as an achievement system, but anyone can buy and display them.
Where can I put my pins?
The most common places are on your hiking pack or on a pin board made of cork. Of course, you can put them anywhere you want!
Do you only have Alberta pin designs?
We are always looking for more hikes and pins to create. Our goal is to expand to hikes outside of Alberta, please use the contact form to send us any you’d think would make a great pin!
Where else can I purchase your pins?
Currently you can only purchase them on our website, but we’re always exploring making our pins available through other avenues.
